We ask only for what is necessary, explain why, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

What data we collect and why
In the application we ask for identification and contact details, your professional background, your CV, your proposal and, if you choose to share them, public profiles (LinkedIn, website, social media) and references. We use this data only to assess your application, contact you and prepare a possible collaboration.
We do not ask for an ID document, tax number, bank details or a photo, nor for data about religion, health or sexual orientation. If the collaboration moves on to a contract, we will then ask for the data needed for that contract.
Checking public profiles and references
We only look at the public profiles you give us, and we only contact references after the first conversation, with your knowledge. We ask for your explicit consent for this in the form.
Legal basis
Your consent and the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take by applying (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR).
Where it is kept and who sees it
Applications are stored in the team’s Google Workspace (Google acting as processor), with access restricted to the founders. We do not sell or pass on data to third parties and do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
If the application does not go ahead, we delete the data after 12 months. If it does, we keep it for as long as the collaboration lasts and for the period required by law.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
This website
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your application draft can be stored only in your own browser, if you choose, and you can delete it at any time. Your language choice (Portuguese or English) is also remembered only in your browser.
